GoodEater.org bridges conversations of food quality and enjoyment with food sourcing and sustainability. It’s for people interested in taking a whole perspective on food. We believe food is fascinating because it connects systems. It starts in the ground, travels through the farmer and economy, brings us together at the dinner table, provides us with sensory enjoyment, and eventually fuels our own thoughts and actions.
Of course, there are many debates surrounding these issues. The two authors – Kenji and Josh – frequently disagree. The purpose of Goodeater.org is to represent and host those debates, while sharing with our audience the good news about the great foods out there.
