The GoodEater Collaborative is made up of sustainable food professionals in fields ranging from farming to food companies to non-profits. We share the goal of working for better food, but we often have very different experiences, concerns, and ideas. The GoodEater Collaborative is where the growing ranks of those who are really in the trenches on food sustainability share their experiences with each other and eaters everywhere. As a result, we hope to create the type of broad thinking necessary to address the issues in our food system. These conversations are open, offering everyone the inside scoop on sustainability and what it really means to eat well.
Mission: “To preserve and advance the food sustainability movement through transparent cross-sector dialog”
The founders, managers, and editors of GoodEater.org are non-profit consultant Joshua Levin and cook and author Kenji Lopez-Alt. You can learn about Josh and Kenji, as well as about all of our fabulous writers, on ourAuthors page.
